Calgary police investigate stabbing near Langevin bridge
CALGARY — Investigators are trying to locate the scene of a stabbing Sunday evening that sent a man to hospital with serious injuries.
A little after 6:30 p.m., a man approached front door staff at the Drop-In Centre saying he’d been stabbed, said Det. David Fakas.
“There’s indication there was some sort of altercation,” he said.
While the victim is choosing to be uncooperative with police on the circumstances of the stabbing, Fakas said they believe the stabbing occurred somewhere near the Langevin bridge.
The victim was taken to hospital in serious condition.
